Ronald T. Giddens began with a commitment to a high standard of service upon opening his first location, Giddens Funeral Home, on South Third Street in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, in 1947. In 1976, Giddens relocated the funeral home, then named Giddens-Griffith Funeral Home, to our current location at 1701 Beach Blvd. Several years later, after merging with Hardage & Sons, Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home in Jacksonville Beach was born.

Throughout our history we have continued to lead and innovate while maintaining those high standards of service. With most of our staff being longtime Beaches residents, we are proud to uphold the heritage and commitment to our community.
