The name of Swan-Law Funeral Directors has been synonymous with high quality funerals in Colorado Springs for over a century. We are dedicated to providing professional and compassionate care to the people of Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. Over the years, our commitment to families has never wavered. Our role is to be there for families during this emotional and challenging phase of life. We have the experience and knowledge to navigate you through the entire decision-making process surrounding funerals.

Serving Colorado Springs for over 100 years

Sitting Area at Swan-Law Funeral Directors Our modern funeral home originated from the combination of 2 historic funeral homes, Swan Funeral Home and Law Undertakers, that were pillars of the Colorado Springs community since 1912. In fact, our founder Russel Law played a key role in bringing Fort Carson to Colorado Springs.

In the mid-70s, Stanley Newman merged the 2 institutions to create Swan-Law Funeral Directors. Stanley took great pride in his involvement in the Colorado Springs community and abroad. Besides being a well-known businessman in Colorado Springs and serving as a Rotary District Governor, he also helped build the U.S. National Cemetery in Cambridge, England, at the end of World War II.
