History of Maryland National Memorial
Maryland National Memorial Park has been a part of the Washington and Baltimore communities since its founding in 1937. Once named Carver Memorial Park, our entrance features a statue and plaque commemorating the life and contributions of George Washington Carver. Situated on over 100 acres, our meticulously maintained grounds feature a variety of trees, shrubs and a fountain. Our Spanish Garden, also known as Jardines Del Recuerdo, features a statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe set in a beautiful rose garden. All of these features are designed to provide a quiet and picturesque setting in which to honor the memory of your loved one.

Today, we are a proud member of the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. We are committed to exceeding expectations and delivering a standard of service that is 100 percent guaranteed.
