Herbert Franklin Wickham Jr.

Herbert (“Bucky”) Franklin Wickham Jr., age 88, of Ashland, Virginia passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Sue Ware Wickham; son, William "Frankie" Wickham, and parents, Herbert Franklin and Edith Louise Wickham. He is survived by his devoted daughter Kimberly Daniels and her husband Kevin; cherished grandchildren Caroline and Megan Wickham (Kenny McDonell), Kaitlin, Chase (Emily), and Emma Daniels; sister, Edith "Petsy" Bainbridge and great-grandson, Jonah Daniels. Bucky graduated from Glen Allen High School class of 1954, served in the US Army, and worked for A.H. Robins Corporation. He worked in the maintenance department where he retired in 1994. He enjoyed playing golf. A graveside service for Bucky will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Signal Hill Memorial Park, 12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd, Hanover, VA.
