David Franks

David K. Franks, 84, Losantville, passed away Wednesday evening, April 17, 2024, at his home. He was born Friday, April 21, 1939, in Hazard, Kentucky, the son of Essie and Ethel (Deaton) Franks. David enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He worked at Chevrolet Muncie for thirty-nine years before retiring. Survivors include his wife, Billie (Sizemore) Franks; son, Kenneth (wife, Melissa) Franks; daughter, Angela (husband, Keith) Hicks; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. His parents, Essie Franks and Ethel Terry; and a grandson, David Franks, preceded him in death. A memorial service for David has been held by the family.
