In 1951, Mr. Moyer and Mr. Hollwell purchased 54 beautifully wooded acres and started a cemetery. The cemetery has evolved and grown over the years, yet it has kept to the original intention of a beautiful park rather than a cemetery. The park is adorned with chapel mausoleums, patio mausoleums and many garden features. Through the years and changes in ownership, the beautiful landscaping and the availability of numerous options have always remained for families. In 1992, Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home was constructed on the cemetery grounds to offer full funeral services to families, both in advance and at the time of their needs. Now, as a Dignity Memorial® provider, the available options available to families surpass any previous benefits and allow us to lead in the industry with innovation and high standards of service.
