In 1958, Woodstock Funeral Home started as Baker Funeral Home in Canton, Georgia, just eight miles north of Woodstock. In the early 1980s, Joe Reece, who co-owned the funeral home with Howard Barker, combined forces with Charles C. “Sonny” Foster of Roswell to enhance the funeral home.
In 1991, a renovation and massive expansion took place, adding a new chapel, casket selection room, preparation facilities and arrangement office to the funeral home. Today, we are a proud member of the Dignity Memorial ®network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. We are committed to exceeding expectations and delivering a standard of service that is 100 percent guaranteed.
