In 1953, Stanley P. Zis purchased the Joseph P. Michaelonis Funeral Home, located at 26 Kinsley Street in Nashua, New Hampshire. In 1972, he merged with Edmund F. Sweeney and the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home was established at the same address.
Today, the funeral home is owned by an affiliate of Service Corporation International, and is a member of the Dignity Memorial® network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. As North America’s largest network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers, the Dignity Memorial brand is your assurance of quality, value, caring service and customer satisfaction.
For more than 50 years Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home has served the families of New Hampshire and Massachusetts with understanding, dignity, and compassion.
