Laura Wisneski, age 57, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 16, 2020 following a courageous eight year battle with breast cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents Irwin and Loraine Gustafson. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jeff Wisneski; daughters Carly Wisneski and Kelsey Wisneski; sisters Ann (Jeff) Rideout and Mary (Dave) Capel; brother, Richard (Paula) Gustafson; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Laura was a graduate of Wyoming Park High School and Central Michigan University. She taught at Godfrey Lee and Jenison Public Schools. Laura was a loving wife, mother, and friend who loved to travel, play cards, hang out at the pool, and spend time with friends.
A private family memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at a later date. In honor of Laura, and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jenison Pink Out - P.O. Box 541, Jenison, MI 49429.
