Lisa began her career in funeral service in 1998 at Swackhamer, Blachford & Wray in Hamilton, serving refreshments during visitations. That's when she decided she wanted a lifelong career in the funeral business. Lisa joined the Needham Funeral Service team in 2013, relocating from one of our sister funeral homes in the Niagara region. In her free time, Lisa raises money for multiple sclerosis doing summer bike tours or you may find her working a charity bingo at Jackpot City.
Claire-Marie Wanda Tobola
Claire earned her funeral director's license in 2014 and joined the Needham Funeral Service team the same year.
Growing up in St. Thomas, Claire was involved in cheerleading and gymnastics, a passion that she now shares with local youth as a coach and competition judge.
William S Webb
William has been a licensed funeral director for more than 3 decades, serving at Needham Funeral Service from 1986 to 1991 and then from 2003 until today.
Outside of the funeral home, Bill is an avid motorcyclist and spends much of his time on 2 wheels, exploring the back roads and small towns all across Canada and the United States. He also participates in various charity rides both locally and nationally.
