Thomas was born and raised in Upstate New York. Upon graduating high school, he attended Simmons School of Funeral Service in Syracuse, New York. He has been employed in the funeral service industry for more than 30 years. Helping families when they lose a loved one is an honor and privilege that brings him great satisfaction. When he is not working, Thomas enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, fishing, cycling and hiking. He considers himself truly blessed by his Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, as he is surrounded by a supportive family and great co-workers.
Heather Ashley Zutten
Heather was born in Illinois, but raised in Southwest Florida from age 6. Becoming a funeral director was her dream since childhood, and in 2016 she obtained her Bachelor of Science in mortuary science and funeral directing from Southern Illinois University. Heather is happy to be part of the Dignity Memorial team, helping families to create everlasting memories. She strives to ease the burden on each family she serves with professional and compassionate guidance and advice.
In her free time, Heather enjoys watching movies, going to musicals and plays, or visiting zoos and wildlife rehabilitation facilities. She is an animal lover and spends much time with her many fur babies. Heather is thankful to have the support of her family, and hopes to make them proud.
