• Jeff Pound

    General Manager

    Jeff has served the families of Deer Park, Pasadena and Clear Lake area since 1982 with the utmost professionalism and compassion. He graduated from Houston's Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in 1995 with a degree in funeral directing and embalming and served more than 9 years in the United States Marine Corps. When he is not at the funeral home, you will likely find Jeff fishing in Galveston Bay or the freshwater lakes of Texas.

  • Jess Lauren Finch

    Funeral Director

    Since 2014, Jessica has provided compassionate care to families in the Webster area. Jessica earned her degree in mortuary science from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in 2004. She is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life. When Jessica is not serving families, she enjoys spending time with her daughter.

  • Brock R Bassett


    Brock is a graduate of Lamar University and Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. Brock spent twelve years as a youth minister before leaving church ministry to pursue a different type of ministry. Brock has a passion for helping the families he serves at Sparkman/Hillcrest. He began working at Sparkman/Hillcrest while attending mortuary school and served his apprenticeship, followed by Funeral Director and now Location Manager. Brock takes pride in being able to represent Sparkman/Hillcrest with dignity and respect. When not at work, Brock enjoys spending time with his pup, Snickers, traveling to visit his family and spending time at the beach with his friends. Brock is active in his local church and is proud to call Dallas home.

  • Marigrace Gonzales

    Funeral Director

    Marigrace Gonzales decided to pursue her calling and become a licensed funeral director after earning her bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University. In 2016, she joined our team while still enrolled at Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service, where she graduated with honors. She loves being able to serve families during their time of need. Away from work, Marigrace enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her dog, working out, and baking. She is a parishioner at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.

  • Amber Paige Polozola

    Funeral Director

    Amber Polozola has always had passion for those in need, working in the medical field prior to becoming a licensed funeral director. She earned her degree in mortuary science from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service. She joined our team in 2014, and is proud to work for an organization that goes above and beyond to serve families during challenging times. When not working, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 dogs, Presley and Lucy.

  • Randall Jeremy Watkins

    Funeral Director

    Since 1995, Randall "Jeremy" Watkins has served families as a licensed funeral director, embalmer, crematory operator and insurance agent. He earned his degree from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta. A past board member of Walton County Veteran Memorial, Jeremy also attended Disney's Approach to Quality Service training. He employs his customer service skills, care, and compassion to families at our location. Jeremy and his wife moved to Houston to join our team in 2019. Away from the funeral home, he enjoys watching sports, history, collecting antiques and spending time with his wife and their 2 children.
