Ruth Volz, age 90, of Winter Haven, Florida went peacefully on Thursday, October 14, 2020. Ruth was born June 12, 1930 in Pigeon, Michigan. Ruth came her 40 years ago from Sebewaing, Michigan.

Ruth was an active member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bartow, Florida also she was a retired retail worker. She had won a Gold medal in the Polk Senior Games in 2019 for her great talent for playing Bridge.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Howard Volz. Ruth is survived by son Doug Volz of Winter Haven, Florida; daughter-in-law Angie Volz of Winter Haven, Florida; daughter Debbie Beals of Bartow, Florida; and son-in-law Ken Beals of Bartow, Florida. Ruth Volz leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren to love and cherish her memory.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ruth's memory may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.

Memorial services for Mrs. Ruth Volz will be scheduled at a later time.
