Johnnie C. Davies, age 91 entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Johnnie was born July 8, 1930 to the late Hobert Mack and Annie Lou Van Eaton in Memphis, Tennessee. She retired from Walmart after 13 years. She was a member of Great Oaks Church of Christ for many years.
Mrs. Davies was preceded in death by her parents, Hobert Mack and Annie Van Eaton, and three sisters, Mary Price, Martha Hatfield, and Janie Craig.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sherry Davies and Carolyn Davies both of Gulf Shores, Al, one son, Randy Davies of Memphis, TN, two brothers Jim Van Eaton and Richard Van Eaton, three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
A visitation for Johnnie will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133. A committal service will occur at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Rd., Memphis, TN 38134.
