Rex Warren Jr.

Rex Warren Jr., age 91, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Rex was born January 5, 1930 to the late Hugh Rex and Ethel Estelle Warren in Millington, TN. He was President of the Memphis Karting Association and Owner of P&W Enterprise. Rex was an avid Gardner and enjoyed being outside and working on his lawn mower and pick-up truck.

He is preceded in death by his son, Calvin Michael Warren.

Rex is survived by his wife of 21 years, Janet Cease, his Children; Rex Warren III (Connie) and Denny Warren (Dorothy), his grandchildren; Holly Marie Allen, Richard Brian Warren, and Micah Warren and his great grandchildren; Lilly June Allen, Jackson Rex Warren, and Asalynn Warren, his sisters; Betty Jean Talley, Mary Washington and Judy Rushing.

A funeral service for Rex will be held Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133, with visitation an hour prior.

In Lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Rex may be offered to the Memphis Humane Society.
