I am so very sad.  I truly loved this guy as one of the sweetest and most compassionate people around.  I keep expecting him to walk into the room.  This definitely stunned many people who loved this guy.  My condolences to his family, as they had to be as sweet as he was.   Linda Loehr

Maryann, I'm sorry doesn't quite do it.  I'm so sorry, Ed was one of the best men I knew.  I will always remember his courage, humor and character.

Ed, I will miss you so much. Will miss your monthly calls and weekly email and the last 50 years of knowing you. There are no words to express my real feelings other than to wish you well on the great journey beyond and being with you again when my time comes. You were a joy in my and my families life.

Dear Maryann & family ~ My deepest condolences and prayers   during this time of loss.
