Elida O Garcia

Elida O. Garcia 80, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 27, 2017 in Brownsville, Texas. She was a member of St. Eugene Catholic Church for over 40 years and served as a lector and Ladies Altar Club. A devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, dear friend, very humble and amazing woman. Always willing to help where needed. She always filled every ones life with joy, laughter and unconditional love. She is preceded in death by her husband; Domingo B Garcia, sons; Domingo O Garcia Jr. and Guadalupe O Garcia, daughter; Esmeralda Garcia, sister; Oralia Chapa, brother; Santos Ochoa, brother; Jose Angel Ochoa. Left to cherish her memory are her children; Jose Luis O (Sandra) Garcia, Maria Teresa (Terry) (Gonzalo) Garcia, Aminda (Merced Jr.) Torres, Felipe Garcia, grandchildren; Tomas (Tommy) Bermudez Jr., Domingo (Yadira) Garcia III, Alberto Garcia, Jose Angel Garcia, Andres Garcia, Elyanna Garcia, Samantha Garcia, Estevan J. Garcia, Tamara V. Garcia, Aaron M. Torres, John M. Torres, great grandchildren; Desiree & Janet Garca, Damian Ryu Torres, Daniela Itzel Bermudez, Andres Domingo Garcia and brother Oscar Ochoa and numerous nephews and nieces. Pallbearers will be all her grandchildren and Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin Friday, June 30, 2017 from 1pm to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Mass Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 12pm at St. Eugene Catholic Church followed by a committal service to Buena Vista Burial Park
