Loving mother and grandmother with a loving and giving heart with uplifting spirit.

Raquel is survived by her sons Juan Galdino Sanchez IV, Juan Pablo Sanchez and Diego Guadalupe Sanchez; her daughters Maria Teresa Sanchez and Esme Julia Sanchez; her grandchildren Westly Isaak Sanchez, Addison Scarlett Sanchez and Joaquin Maximiliano Sanchez; her nieces Renata Hernandez and Esmeralda Hernandez.

Also survived by her parents and siblings.

Raquel was preceded in death by her spouse Juan Galdino Sanchez III; her son Juan Jesus Sanchez †; her sister Esmeralda Hernandez †.

A visitation for Raquel will be held Monday, September 27, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 with a rosary at 6:00 PM in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A mass will held Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church, 555 W St Francis St, Brownsville, Texas 78521, followed by burial at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.

Serving as pallbearers are Juan Pablo Sanchez, Juan Galdino Sanchez IV, Diego Guadalupe Sanchez, Jonathan Hernandez, Luis Hernandez and Francisco Reyna.

Honorary pallbearers Juan Pablo Sanchez, Juan Galdino Sanchez IV and Diego Guadalupe Sanchez.
