OBITUARY

Tim Justion Bishop

Tim Justion Bishop, age 72, of Bangs, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019, at his home. He was born February 25, 1947 in Brownwood, the son of R. G. and Emma Bishop. He married Joyce Reynolds and had worked as a carpenter most of his life. He had been a resident of Bangs for the past year and lived most of his life in Brownwood. He loved to go camping and his favorite hobby was fishing. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Bishop of Bangs, two daughters, Tina Flanning and husband Edward of Madisonville, Texas and Jennifer Ramsey of Bangs, three brothers, Norman Bishop, Mike Bishop, and Don Bishop, four sisters, Carolyn Clark, Mary Hamilton, Candy Bishop, and Darlene Murray. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, R.G. Bishop and Emma Bishop, one daughter Emma Bishop and two brothers, Billy Bishop, Johnny Bishop and one sister Jeannie Russell. A memorial service of remembrance will be held at 2 pm Saturday, May 25, at the New Beginnings Church in Brownwood with Pastor Kelly Crenshaw officiating.
