It is easy to remember that Giovanni lived for family. He was always so happy at family gatherings and celebrations, and there were many.
Giovanni had a great love of gardening and could always be found with his wife Rina, tending his son's gardens, as well as his own. There was always an abundance of vegetables and fruit from the garden to the dinner table. He worked hard for the love of his family.
There was a strong sense of family love and you were made to feel like one of the family, even if you were not.
Giovanni led a long, happy, contented life with his family close at his side at all times. He will be sadly missed.
I, for one, was honoured to have known him, his wife and all his wonderful family.
