It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wanda Mierzynski on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Hilltop Manor. Mom (Mamusia) died peacefully, surrounded by love. Predeceased by her devoted husband Jan, in 2011. Survived and dearly missed by daughters Yolanda Kelly and Barbara Duncan. Cherished Baba to Jacqueline Nobes (Christopher),Tanya Tucker (Mike Mills), Kevin Tucker (Dana), and Jay Duncan (Clare). Pra-Baba to Emily and Samantha Nobes, Callum, William and Vivian Duncan, and Brooklyn Tucker. Survived by her sister Jadwiga Dabrowski, niece Alicia Underhill, nephew Jerry Dabrowski, and their families. To Mom, we were her world; to us, she was our centre! We are honoured and so grateful to have had her in our lives. She taught us, by example, how to be better people. We will remember and treasure her forever! Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Wanda’s life will take place on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Coutts Funeral Home (96 St Andrews St, Cambridge), from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with memory sharing at 3:00 pm. In her memory, donations to The Parkinson Society of Ontario would be appreciated.
