Jean E. Sternicki

Jean Ellen Sternicki was born on December 8, 1933 in Marlette, MI. She passed away on August 23, 2018. Her family moved from Marlette to Sault Saint Marie, MI then down to Detroit, MI where she met and married her husband Leonard Sternicki. They were married for 57 years. Leonard and Jean Moved to Texas in 1985. They embraced their new home. They traveled all over Texas during their 30 plus years making many wonderful friends along the way. Jean is survived by her children Steven, Margaret & Paula, Sister in Law Theresa, many nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews as well as many cherished friends she made during her life's journey. She was preceded in death by her parents Margaret & Charles Fettig, her sister's Anne (Bill) & Sally. Her brother in laws John (Irene), Edward(Eugenia), Walter (Joan) and sister in in laws Virginia & Honora. She will be instate at Rhoton Funeral Home in Carrollton, Texas on September 4th 2018, 6:00pm-8:30 pm. The Rosary will follow the visitation. There will be a mass 11am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (Peter's Colony, Carrollton, TX) on Sept 5th 2018. She will be laid to rest at the DFW National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy,Dallas, TX) In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to St. Jude Children's research Hospital or a Charity of your

choice.
