A true Matriarch of an iconic family of Chowchilla. I would go over to my cousin Carol's and we'd play kick the can. Rita never turned any of us kids away; we were always welcome.
Our hearts and prayers are with all of you. May God comfort and keep each of you in the palm of his hands always.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have many wonderful memories of Rita in my adolescence. Pat and Jeff were good friends. I remember Rita being at our house or me being at their house with Jan. Your entire family are in my prayers.
