Rucelo is survived by their wife, Elizabeth Adela Campos; daughter Leni-lyn C. Estigoy (Tito A.); daughter Abigail C. Moncilla (Rogelio); and daughter Roselle Campos; grandchild Troy Carlos Estigoy, grandchild Timothy Luis Estigoy, grandchild Mariya Beata C. Moncilla and grandchild Adrienne J Ham.

A viewing for Rucelo will be held Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Viista. A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA. A graveside committal will occur Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Rd., Bonita, CA.
