Pamela Maynard, 68, of Clearwater, FL passed away Saturday morning, November 12, 2016. She gallantly fought numerous painful health problems, starting with M. S. over 20 years ago. She was a Breast Cancer survivor of 15 years and most recently Pulmonary Fibrosis. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents Clint and Elsie (Cottrell) White and brother Timothy. She is survived by her adoring husband Thomas (her soulmate of 34 years), sister, Judy (Rudy) Strauss and brother George (Caroline) White. Also, she was step-mother of Wendy Hairston, Kristy Robison, Andrew (Roxa), Juley (Melvin) Straub, Holly (John) Meggett, Marcus (Michelle), TedyJo (Kyle) McPhee, Kevin and Craig. Pamela leaves 19 step-grandchildren and 4 greats, who adored her as Grama Pam. She has left many family members and friends with broken hearts for her courage, sweetness, good humor, and enthusiasm for life. Her soul, as promised to Tom, will be beyond the moon waiting for him.
A celebration of Pamela's life will be held Sunday, December 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the home of her beloved sister, Judy (Rudy) Strauss, 749 Snug Island, Clearwater, FL. Her brother George will be officiating. A second gathering is being planned for December 4, 2016 in Michigan.
