Mr. Morris Gillam Hogan Jr., age 81, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away on Sunday night at Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem. He was born in Asheville on Nov. 12, 1931 to the late Morris Gillam Hogan Sr and the late Kathryn Stroupe Hogan. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jean Rogers Hogan of Winston-Salem ; a daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Jerome Cottin-Bizonne of Paris, France ; a son and daughter-in-law, Morris G. Hogan III (Trey) and Jill Hogan of Charlotte ; three grandchildren, Sean, Aelis and Nathan. He will be missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
