She entered eternal peace in the Kingdom of Heaven on November 10, 2021.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years John James Hoodock, Jr., 2 daughters Michelle Marie Hoodock of San Dimas, California and Susan Anne (Hoodock) Miller of Dunnellon, Florida.
Grace was a loving wife to John and exceptional mother to Michelle and Susan. Her career was focused on Religious Education in the Catholic church by either teaching it or being the CCD coordinator. Being a devoted and encouraging mother always came first. She took superb care of her family and was always supportive of their children's life goals. As for interests, she always loved working within the Catholic Church. In addition, she was a Ladies' Auxilliary with the Knights of Columbus for quite a number of years. Bowling on a team regularly is something both Grace and John enjoyed and both scored well in the game. She valued and enjoyed every moment of time she could spend with her family immensely.
Lastly, she took over roles of both mother and father when John was in the U.S.Army and served 2 years overseas in Izmir, Turkey in addition to the over 20 years he collectively put in.
Grace was definitely AMAZING and was loved by many. Her presence and positive aura will be greatly missed.
The Hoodock family suggests donations in lieu of flowers to the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary Council 6125.
