Visitation will be 5 pm – 8 pm August 9, 2018 at Metcalf Funeral Directors, 1801 East White Oak Terrace Conroe, Texas 77304.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Friday, August 10, 2018 at First United Methodist Church of Conroe, Texas. Burial will be at 2pm on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Woodley Cemetery in Elysian Fields, Texas.
Mrs. Wootton was born in Beasley, Texas to Hall and Callie Westmoreland. She was 4th in line of 7 children. She is a Conroe High School staff alumni with 51 years of teaching in the Conroe Independent School District.
Mrs. Wootton is proceeded in death by her husband R.L. Wootton. She is survived by her daughters and son in laws, Michelle and Jim Noble, Karen and Jack Palmore, Julie and Mark Rand, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, sisters Nancy Erbe and Annette Bell, sister in law Jeanie Westmoreland, brother in law Harold Raines and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be her son in laws, Jim Noble, Jack Palmore and Mark Rand; her grandson Chris Palmore, nephew David Bell and Steve Baker.
