employed for over 32 years with Waste Management as an Operations Specialist. Barbara was a single mother who worked hard, sometimes three jobs, to support her children. Family was the most important thing to her and service to help others. She is the President of the Florida State Firefighters Auxiliary and a current member of the Florida State Fire Association. She was a progressive woman, she kept up with her grandchildren on SnapChat! She was predeceased by her daughter, Susie Hogle, brother, John Rutledge, and sister, Elizabeth Forest. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Barbara (Lester) Cedeno, Cora Morais, Randy (Danielle) Fouts, grandchildren, Marcel (Kailey) Morais, Judy Fouts, Matthew Cedeno, John Cedeno, great grandchildren, Mason Turer, Nevaeh Spriggs and several nieces, nephews and stepchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 9, 2020, 12:00 - 2:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1655 University Drive, Coral Springs where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2:00pm.
