Barbara Ann Wilson went to be with the Lord on May 15, 2018 in Corpus Christi, TX. Barbara was born on January 20, 1946 in Martins Ferry, Ohio to Leland and Stella Wilson. Barbara moved to McAllen, TX in December, 1974 and remained there until July 2017.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.
Barbara was a devoted mother and friend and enjoyed spending time with her children and friends and especially enjoyed shopping outings with her daughter Kimberly. Barbara enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling, and her beloved cat Zeus. Barbara always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone especially during her battle with various health issues over the last two years and through it all maintained a great sense of humor.
Barbara is survived by her son Ronald Mistak, Jr. and daughter Kimberly Comstock (Jason).
Visitation will be held Thursday May 17, 2018 from 5-9pm at Funeria del Angel Funeral Home and a service will be held Friday May 18, 2018 at 10am at Funeria del Angel Funeral Home followed by a burial service at Memory Gardens.
The family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses and care givers who helped in her care with a special thanks to Cimarron Place Health and Rehabilitation Center and Harbor Hospice.
