Dear Janie and children,
I was so saddened to hear of Hendrik's death. I worked with Hendrik when he was a Quality Improvement Consultant for Westcoast General Hospital. He was a most valued and conscientious colleague. Working with Hendrik was always a pleasure and his respectful approach to the consultation process led us to become so much better at our work. I know that he will be missed by many people and I hope it brings you some comfort to know of the difference he made to others, even in his workplace.
