Tito was born on August 10, 1974 in Delano, California to Tito Sr. and Merlina Biniegla. He received an associates degree in Business Administration at San Joaquin Valley College in March of 2000. For 20+ years, he has worked for Empire AG Transport, Inc.
Tito had a passion for golf and loved cheering on the San Fransisco 49er's, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Los Angeles Lakers. Throughout the years, Tito has gained many loving friendships and memories amongst friends, co-workers, and family that will last forever.
Tito was preceded in death by his father, Tito Biniegla Sr of Delano, CA. He is survived by his mother, Merlina Biniegla of Delano, CA, his sister, Karen Biniegla of Bakersfield, CA, his niece, Juleene de Leon of Bakersfield, CA, his uncle, Amante Turcato of Calgary, AB, his aunt, Nenita Turcato of Calgary, AB, and his cousin, Rochelle Turcato of Calgary, AB.
A visitation, rosary, and mass will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the St. Mary's of the Miraculous Medal Parish, 916 Lexington St., starting at 9:00 am. Following will be a committal and burial service at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin Street. Concluding, a lunch celebrating the life of Tito will be held at Kong's Dynasty, 2200 Girard St.
