Denis Royce Campbell – February 7, 1938 - August 8, 2018. Born in Decatur, Illinois, and longtime resident of Chicago, passed away from complications of a stroke. Preceded in death by his parents, Morris and Aubrey, and brother Marc. Survived by his partner of 32 years Alan Rebok, brother Bill and wife Joan, sister-in-law Denise and beloved cat Rover. He received his degree from Elmhurst College, served in the Air Force, and was an administrator for the State of Illinois. He was a true gentleman and an avid reader and he adored his pets.
