Samuel Leslie Hankey was born on December 6, 1935 and went to be with the Lord on May 5, 2018. He was born to James Samuel and Eslie Lillian Hankey in Nida, OK.

Sam is survived by his children, Stanley Roger Hankey and wife Margie, Gina Elizabeth (Hankey) Sewell, and Joy Dawn (Hankey) Gorrell; siblings, Lindy and spouse, Ferrell and spouse, and Gwen Rinaldi; grandchildren, Leila Dawn McCullough and husband Patrick, Roger Mitchell Hankey, Joshua Heath Mize; and great-grandchildren, Kenneth Averill McCullough and Samuel Glendon McCullough.

Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Monday, May 7, 2018 with the family receiving friends from 6pm-8pm at Baggerley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00pm, Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Baggerley Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
