Duane was the son of Ethel and Richard Erlandson and was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Duane enjoyed photography, camping in the mountains, hiking, and football.
He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Lyle. Left to cherish his memory are his three brothers, Neil (Bonnie), Keith (Joyce), Bruce (Trisha); five nieces and nephew, Kristin (Peter), Cara (Joel), Cyndi, Brad (Laura), Tabitha (Ryan); five great nephews and nieces Cohen, Sofia, Frances, Beau and Laylin. Duane will also be forever remembered by his numerous extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and the family hopes to have an interment at a later date along with a Celebration of Life.
