Jamari helped save my life once, and I’ll never forget him or his goofy, infectious laugh. He taught me not to trust the government, not to take myself too seriously, and showed me so much new music starting when we were about 14 and 15. Jamari is genuinely loved and cherished by so many, and his legacy lives on through all of us in such a variety of ways. I’m incredibly lucky to have so many hilarious and beautiful memories with you, and I’m grateful to have an angel like Jamari looking over me. I love you punk!!!

Jamari was a great funny smart and very outstanding person. We made so many memories together in school I'll never forget any of them. I remember when we were in science class making up silly songs that didn't make any sense but they did to us 😂 RIP JAMARI JACELL HOFFMAN

I’ve known Jamari since I was about 12 or 13 years old. It is rare to meet such a genuine, creative old soul and I am blessed to have encountered Mari and been able to call him my friend for this long. I love you bubba- fly high
