She was born on June 24, 1928 in Mexico to Diego Lezama and Maria N. Martinez.

Juana is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Paz Buentello

She is leaves behind to cherish her precious memories her daughter, Maria (Eliberto) Gutierrez of Corpus Christi,; godson, Juan Villanueva of Hebbronville; grandchildren, Veronica Garretson of Colorado, Iris Rangel of Austin and Eliberto Gutierrez of South Carolina; great grandchildren, George Villalon, Alyssa Lee, David Rangel, Izabel Rangel, Amber Gutierrez, Emily Gutierrez and Daniel A. Gutierrez; great great grandchild Aryanna Villalon

Holy rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams with visitation starting at 5:00 p.m.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
