Charlotte Diane Knuckles, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at her home. She was born July 6, 1950 in Trenton, Georgia, daughter to the late Jack Frank and Charlotte Coleda (Cornett) Bishop, Sr. Charlotte worked as a homemaker, always taking time to care for her home and her family. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Knuckles, sons, Thomas Moon and Robert (Amber) Knuckles; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; brother, Clay Walter (Linda) Bishop; and sister, Donna LaVerne White. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brett Moon; and siblings, Jack F. Bishop, Jr, Sandra Lynn Baker, and Lois Ann Martin. Funeral services will be Friday, December 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809 with visitation one hour prior. Visitation for Charlotte will also be held Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prairie Grove Cemetery. Contributions in Charlotte's memory may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
