His family will receive guests from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Debo Funeral Home, 10920 Old Highway 54 North in Holts Summit. Interment will follow at Summit Memorial Park. Private family services will be held.
James was born on March 15, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri to Henry Lee and Bobby Irene Johnson Mosbey.
He was a graduate of Riverview Gardens High School in St. Louis and worked for twenty seven years for General Motors in both St. Louis and Wentzville.
James enjoyed hunting and fishing and he was an avid fan of all sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals.
He is survived by his father, Henry of Fisk, Missouri; sister, Neena Colter of Holt Summit and her fiancé, Bobby Lynn and sister, Saunya Mosbey- Butler of St. Louis, Missouri; niece, Christina (Dean) Ostrander of New Bloomfield, Missouri; nephew, Dustin LeAllen Colter of Holts Summit; great-nephew, Tyler James Munson of Holts Summit and his fiancé, Allison and James’s caregiver, Aaron Munson of Holts Summit.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bobby Irene Mosbey.
