

Beverly Ellen Pittenturf Clark, 55, of Iva, SC passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012 after 2 years of illness. Born February 15, 1956 in Adams County – Littlestown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Reid and Elizabeth Wintrode Pittenturf. Beverly worked in the Navy officer records department and moved to Washington, DC in 1975 where she met her husband, Paul M. Clark on a blind date in June of 1975. Paul retired as a Chief Equipment Operator with the US Navy Seabees from 1972 -1992. Beverly and her family have lived in many places including Newfoundland, Canada, Gulfport, MS, Jacksonville, FL, Rota, Spain, Orlando, Fl, Deltona, FL then settled in at IVA, SC. She liked to Garden especially flowers, Motorcycle riding, camping with family, help with wood and painting projects. She also loved to watch Florida State and Pittsburgh Steelers WIN! Beverly was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mom, and grandma. Along with her loving husband, Beverly is survived by two children: Michelle Clark and Zeb Clark; a brother: Chuck Pittenturf of Germany; a sister: Brenda Kuhn of Hanover, PA; two granddaughters: Alannah Clark Lewis of Soddy Daisy, TN and Emily Clark of Palatka, FL. She was predeceased by a sister: Barbara Menges.
