Homer S Montgomery

Homer was born May 1, 1924 in Anderson, South Carolina to Cora Sayle McLees Montgomery and Earnest Leslie Montgomery.

Homer was a Veteran of the United States Army and a retired supervisor of the Greenville County School Bus System.

Homer is survived by; daughter Debbie Clement of Greenville SC; daughter Lynette Owens (Rick) of Greer SC; son Mike Montgomery of Greenville SC; and son-in-law Dorsett Clement.

Also surviving are grandchildren; Jenny Allenspach (Adam); Micky Montgomery; Merrick Cantrell (Pam); Trent Cantrell (Colleen); Samantha Vaughn; Justin Vaughn; Joel Owens; Molly Owens; and Miller Clement

Also left to cherish Homer's memories are great grandchildren; Parker-Belle; Bishop; AJ; Abby; Jack; Waylon; Saban; Riley and many nieces and nephews.

Homer was preceded in death by his wife Doris Jean Holland Montgomery; father Earnest Leslie Montgomery and mother Cora Sayle Mclees Montgomery.

A visitation for Homer will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 405 Trailblazer Dr, Travelers Rest, SC 29690, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM. A private burial will occur at a later date.
