Jackie Slankard

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 26 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Hartford Memorial Park under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Visitation with family will be Monday from 5 p.m. – 7p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by two sons, David Slankard of Hollywood, CA and Scott Slankard and wife, Alissa of San Diego, CA; one sister, Janice Chapman and husband, Chuck of Huntington; two grandchildren, Xander and Elle Slankard; nieces and nephews, Jason Chapman and wife, Amy, Christy Thompson and husband, Jason; Julie Howard and husband, Jason and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jackson and Ruth Slankard and his sister, Debra Slankard.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Chapman, Jason Thompson, Jason Howard, Corey Goff, Lynn Johnson, Jr., Jerry Carter and members of the Coffee Club at Joyce’s Diner.
