On Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021 at St. Joseph's Villa, Dundas ; Jane Donnachie Venturelli (nee Norton) passed away in her 94th year.

She was born in Irving-Aryshire Scotland to Robert and Sarah (Bingham) and immigrated to Canada as a baby. She is the last of her sib-line and predeceased by brothers Robert and Jock , and sisters Mary Murphy, Sadie Fochuk and Margaret Burke. Jane is predeceased by her loved husband Albert Venturelli and is survived by his son Frank (Brigitte). She was a central part of the Murphy family and was loved dearly by her nieces and nephews and their families.

Jane worked for many years for Imperial Tobacco/Tuckett Tobacco and was a member of their Quarter Century Club. She was a long time member of Sacred Heart Church until her move to Guelph. When she recognized her need for more support she chose to join her sister Mary at The Villa. The family wishes to extend a sincere Thank You to all of the amazing staff on Maple Grove. Your kindness to both our Aunt Jane and mother is very much appreciated. Jane will always be remembered for her infectious laugh and sense of humour. A Private Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Hamilton with Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Ancaster. Arrangements entrusted to Cresmount Funeral Home

Jane was giver of her heart . I never knew my dad could be that happy until Jane came into his life. Jane improve our lives so much. She had great sense of humour and a wonderful laugh.She was beautiful in appearance and also very caring. She loved the grandchildren.( Paul,Shane,Melissa) Who thought the world of Jane. I knew Jane for 61 wonderful years.The Venturelli’s where so fortunate to have Jane in all our lives. The Venturelli’s are going to miss her but we know she is in a better place. I’m sure my dad is waiting for her.Thank you for all the wonderful memories.
