Born July 4, 1929, in Perry County, she was daughter of the late John and Vera (Nicholas) Turner.
She was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church and the Ladies Auxillary of the American Legion in Steelton.
Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Joseph J. Belmont; a son, Joseph J. Belmont (Kelli) of Harrisburg; 4 daughters, Renee Ann Vaughn (William) and Lynn Ann Nolan (Dennis) both of Harrisburg, Grace Ann Kostelnick (Dave) of Allentown, and Cheryl Ann Belmont of NJ; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, May 17, 2013, 3:00 p.m. at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111. Viewing will be held Friday, May 17, 2013, 1:30-2:30 p.m. at Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery will follow the Mass.
