Carl R. Ammerman

Born January 2, 1939 to the late Lester L. and Mildred L. (Yinghst) Ammerman in Harrisburg.

Carl was a member of Flirts and Skirts Square Dancing Club, American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE), and Susquehanna Rovers Volks March.

Surviving are: son Keith R. Ammerman of NC, daughter Vicki L. Groves of New Cumberland, a sister Laura Ammerman of Carlisle, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way. Preceding in death are his wife, parents, and a sister Margaret Homer

A memorial service will be Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109 with a visitation at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be private at a later date.
