I just heard of the passing of Dustin. I want to extend my deepest condolences. I can remember pushing him around in a red and yellow toy car in your driveway growing up. He growing up to be such a great young man. Gone to soon.

Dustin wasn't just a friend, he was a brother to me. When I needed someone most, he showed up, no questions asked, no hesitation. He wasn't just a good friend, he was a great friend. Treated me just like family, just like another brother. I went through some pretty rough times and he was always there, checking up on me, helping me out, and doing the typical wild things that Dust did. From knives to kayaking in floods to building a grill by the fire and eating crab legs for hours, we did some pretty amazing things together. Memories that will last a lifetime, including always hearing him sing Bare Necessities out of random. I still hear it from time to time. This has taken me a bit to write, as I think I haven't fully processed it. I miss you Dust, alot to be honest. I'll see you again one day and when I do, I'll be sure to have plenty of stories to share. Greg, Diane, Chris and the rest of the Brown family, I'm so sorry for your loss. You always treated me just like one of your boys, one of the family, and I am forever thankful for that. Dustin was an amazing soul and I am, without a doubt, forever grateful to have been close to him and your family. Rest Easy my dude.   - Travis

Tim and I are still stunned by the sudden passing of Dustin.  It seems like yesterday that we saw him at Brooks and Taylyn’s wedding.  Our deepest condolences to his family.

Dustin was my brother. We got very close these last few years. 4-6 hr phones calls at night weekly. He told me often to enjoy the Bare Necessities whilst singing to me. Nightly stream parties of Dragon Ball Z and other anime. We were going skydiving next month. Dust you were my brother, my best friend. I will NEVER forget you.

Dustin was Brooks, my husbands  best friend. After getting to know him, I realized he was one of the most laid back, sweet and kind hearts I’ve ever gotten to know, and he would always be in shorts or swim trunks (even in winter). He would do anything for anyone, he always there to help others. He loved animals so much (his pups and Honey were often in our conversations, as well as the mice he named and met in the barn), and the outdoors, if you ever needed help growing anything or gardening he was always your guy. He was funny and always could joke about anything and everything. So easy to get along with. He loved the Jungle Book, and one of his favorite songs from that played into his laid back attitude and go with the flow style.  There are no words I can say to make this passing any easier, but he was loved by so many and I think that just goes to show truly what a stand up guy he was. Sending all the love I can to his family and parents.  He is so missed, truly.

Nick and I were absolutely heart broken to hear about Dustin's passing. I had the pleasure of getting to know him over the past few years, and he was such a kind, very funny and loving guy. He was Nick's best friend, and was even asked to be the best man at our upcoming wedding. Nick has been telling me so many fun Dustin stories that they shared together and I love hearing them. He will be so very missed, and he was so loved. May he be at peace. My condolences to his family.

Dustin was such a nice young man. He worked on and off at Glenn Millers. He will be missed. I so enjoyed talking to him he was my personal plant guru. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. My heart breaks for you. I know he will be missed by many. So very sorry for your loss.

Dear Diane , Gregg and family ,
Thank you for loving , caring , and raising such a beautiful human being inside and out such as Dustin . He became like a fourth son to me and a fourth brother to Brooks . Though we will miss him greatly , I can only imagine that his journey home with Jesus through the cosmos , unburdened by the restraints of time , space and earthly matters was beyond spectacular . Now , forever embraced by the boundless ❤️ Love and Grace of heaven, he rests easy , with puppy dogs right by his side . We will see Him again , it’s a Promise from God . My love and prayers are for you . May you continue to feel the love you’ve always felt from your son , for we will be with him again , one fine day .

Dustin was a very stoic rock to his family and peers. It is very unfortunate we are now without such a wonderful gentleman.

I am sad to learn of Dustin's passing. I remember Dustin being a quiet, pleasant and independent individual. I can't imagine the level of despair that his parents and brothers are feeling. My heart goes out to them.
