Erica Lynn Klinger

Born August 29, 1986, in Harrisburg, she was the precious daughter of Lawrence and Michelle (Zimmerman) Klinger with whom she resided.

Many friends and acquaintances knew Erica from seeing her at the Kwik Fill in Carlisle where she worked as an attendant. She loved music and animals, fishing, and riding ATVs with her family.

Erica loved spending time with her friends and family and took special care of her paternal grandmother prior to her passing and her father during his illness.

In addition to her parents, surviving are her brothers, Lawrence Leroy Klinger III and his companion, Angela Murphy, of Middletown and Paul Daniel Klinger of Harrisburg; a step-sister, Jacqueline Burdge of Lewistown; her maternal grandparents, Cloyd Zimmerman of Dauphin and Barbara Zimmerman of Palmyra; her great-grandmother, Loretta Cutman of Camp Hill; several aunts and uncles; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a baby and her paternal grandparents, Lawrence Klinger Sr. and Martha Marie Klinger.

A memorial service to celebrate Erica's life will be held Monday, August 4, 2014, 12:00 p.m., at Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109, with Rev. Leon Via officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens will follow the service.
