He is survived by his step mother Josephine Hull Cuddy, aunt Viola Hull Bretz, and friend and caregiver Amanda (Hoffner) Anderson. He was preceded in death by parents Anne Catherine and Paul William Hull of Harrisburg, a brother Leon Palmer of Delaware.
He was a graduate of Susquehanna High School and Penn State University. He was a talented artist and lifelong member of Colonial Park United Church of Christ.
Memorial services will be held Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Colonial Park United Church of Christ, 5000 Devonshire Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
