John "Mike" Michael Wagner

Born September 27, 1950, in Harrisburg, he was son of the late John Henry “Jake” Wagner and Edith Lewis Wagner of Harrisburg.

Mike was a 1969 graduate of Central Dauphin High School and attended Millersville University and the Community College of Baltimore where he played football on the varsity team. He lived for Penn State football and was a Cowboys fan. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Mike was a kind and generous man with a loving heart. He will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother, surviving are his wife, Deborah Wagner of Harrisburg; daughter, Nicole Paul (Thomas) of Hershey; son, Brian Wagner (Erica) of Harrisburg; brother, Joseph D. Wagner (Joanne) of Boiling Springs; sister, Judy Lynn (Richard) of Harrisburg; along with 5 grandchildren.

Respecting his wishes to celebrate his life rather than his passing, there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260, Ambler, PA, 19002.
