Richard W. Womer

Richard W. Womer, 94, of Harrisburg, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the home of his granddaughter.

He was born December 11, 1925 in Harrisburg; he was the son of the late Charles and Gladys (Wilson) Womer; and preceded in death by his wife, Jean Womer; and sons-in-law, David Fearer and Steve Seidel.

Surviving are two daughters, Delisa Fearer and Bernadine Seidel; five grandchildren, Damion Fearer and his wife, Ali, Danielle Garner, and her husband, Zack, Shalane Angelucci and her husband, Jeff, Leslie Neidinger and her husband, Mike and Anthony Speelman and his wife, Jen; and ten great-grandchildren.

Richard was a retired Tool and Die Maker for the former AMP Inc. and a U. S. Navy veteran of WW 2.

Private Graveside Service will be held Monday, March 23, 2020 in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Private viewing will be held at 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg.

Richard is also survived by ten great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; Charles and Gladys (Wilson) Womer, his wife, Jean Womer, and his sons-in-law, David Fearer and Steve Seidel.
